1. Installation: before the installation of organic fertilizer granulation machine, precast concrete platform shall be laid, and the base of granulator shall be fixed on the table with anchor screws, so as to facilitate the operation of the granulator and prevent the granulator from moving. It is also necessary to pay attention to the belt conveyor for conveying materials. The belt conveyor should be accurate at the inlet and outlet, and the pit can also be dug for material transportation

2. Debugging: after the installation of the organic fertilizer granulation machine, it is necessary to check whether the parts of the granulator are tight. Then, the no-load test run shall be carried out continuously for 8 hours. The temperature of each bearing shall rise steadily. At the end of the test run, the temperature of each component shall not be higher than 50 ?. After the test run, the bearing shall be free from serious wear and scratch.

Precautions for operation of high yield organic fertilizer granulation machine:

1. Check whether there are foreign matters in the machine before starting the machine.

2. Check whether all parts of the fertilizer granulation machine are normal.

3. It is forbidden to start the machine with load.

4. After the machine is started, check whether the rotation direction is correct. If it rotates in the opposite direction, stop the machine immediately for adjustment. Make sure that the rotation is stable and there is no noise and friction sound before production.

5. No iron, stone, wood and other debris are allowed to enter the machine to prevent damage to the equipment.

6. Before shutdown, the internal materials must be discharged before shutdown, so as to prevent the materials from sticking to the cylinder body, and make preparations for the next start-up, which is conducive to the next team production.
