With the continuous development of science and technology, the requirement for fertilizer in agriculture is getting higher and higher. For different crops, different regions and soils, different fertilizers are needed to meet the actual needs. Organic-inorganic compound fertilizer develops rapidly and is widely welcomed.
Organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer combination granulating production line use wet continuous push rod granulation, suitable for mixing granulation of organic and compound fertilizer. The granulation rate is high, the operation is stable, the equipment is rugged and durable, and the service life is long.

 

Raw materials for organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer combination granulating production line are as follows:
Pig manure, cow manure, duck manure and other fermented compost from farms; Ingredients include: nitrogen fertilizer (urea, etc.), phosphate fertilizer (calcium, ammonium phosphate, etc.), potassium fertilizer (potassium chloride, potassium sulfate, etc.).
The amount of organic fertilizer must be more than 30% of the total material. Because of the poor granulation performance of organic fertilizer itself, the content of organic fertilizer is more than 30%, so when choosing inorganic fertilizer raw materials, we should choose high content and good granulation.

Combination granulating process basically includes: Fermentation of organic materials, crushing of decomposed materials, mixing of organic and inorganic fertilizers, granulation, drying, cooling, screening, metering and packaging.

 

Fermentation of organic materials
The mixed materials were put into the fermentation tank, and the composting fermentation went through four stages: low temperature, medium temperature, high temperature and cooling. The materials were continuously aerobic fermented by the oxygen provided by the material in contact with the air when the material was turned over by the dumper. The whole process lasted about 15 days, and the compost lasted about 10 days in the high temperature stage. The harmful substances such as pathogens and insect eggs were killed to realize the harmless treatment of organic fertilizer. The compost turning machine realizes the automatic and intelligent control of fermentation dumper process. Material is decomposed and processed. It is crushed into powder by a crusher and then enters the granulation production line.

a)Automatic batching
Organic and inorganic raw materials are put into automatic batching bin according to different formulations and proportions.

b)Material distribution and mixing
Different raw materials are fully blended in the mixer.

c)Granulation process
Granulation is an important link in the fertilizer combination granulating production line,especially the two in one organic fertilizer granulator is selected. This fertilizer granulator is in the original development and production based on the new research and development of a multipurpose wet granulation equipment. It not only improved the original wet continuous pusher granulator in use problems, and in the secondary granulating segment and the stirring teeth, a rotating cylinder method, not only to meet the grain quality requirements, but also to solve the portion of the material due to viscosity and humidity too large and paste wall problem. 

d)Drying
In the process of fertilizer production, not only the moisture content of granules after forming generally exceeds the target, but also the moisture content of organic materials after fermentation is about 30%-40%. After granulation, the moisture content of granules is generally between 15%-20%. It needs to be dried. Drying section is an indispensable and important process in the fertilizer production. It directly affects the output, quality and energy consumption. It is very important to select the type and specification of the dryer reasonably and control the technological conditions. Material enters the dryer and is fully dried after the lifting plate is raised. The wet hot air in the pipe is extracted by the exhaust fan at the end of the dryer. The tail gas into the dust collector room settlement, after dust treatment can be discharged.

e)Cooling
The dried material is sent into the cooler by the belt conveyor for cooling. In the cooling process, the natural air is sent to the cooler by the fan through the pipeline to cool the material. The wind direction in the cooler is countercurrent. The tail gas pumped into the settling chamber by the fan and the pipeline is discharged into the atmosphere after treatment as the drying tail gas.

f)Screening
After cooling, rotary screener machine separate qualified pellet from powder, the remaining large particles are crushed and transported to the granulator together with the screened powder for re-granulation. The production line is equipped with automatic feed-back system, which screens the unqualified large and small particulate materials, re-crushes them and sends them to the granulator to continue granulating, which is helpful to improve the continuous operation ability of the production line.
g)Coating machine
The formed particles are transported to the coating machine for coating. Particles are not easy to agglomerate after coated.
h)Cyclone dust collector
Recycle and filter the environment and dust in the workshop.

i)Automatic Packaging Machine
The coated particles are sent to the packing machine by belt conveyor for packing.

 

The fertilizer produced by the combination granulating production line has strong hardness and is not easy to agglomerate. When applied to the soil, the crops grow well, and the utilization rate of fertilizer efficiency is obviously improved, which is welcomed by farmers.
