Production technology of soybean protein isolate

Soybean protein isolate is a kind of edible soybean protein product which is processed by using peeling, degreasing, cold pressing soybean cake or low temperature desoluble soybean meal as raw material through dilute alkali extraction, acid precipitation, centrifugal separation, spray drying and other processes. Soy protein isolate is protein content & GT; 90% good protein. It is not only high in protein content, but also high in functional and nutritional value of protein. It is an excellent additive for all kinds of food.

Soybean meal → alkali solution → acid precipitation → neutralization → heating modification → drying → soybean protein isolate

The low temperature defatted soybean meal was extracted with dilute alkaline solution. Most of the protein in the soybean meal was dissolved in dilute alkaline solution, and then the insoluble substances (mainly polysaccharides and some residual proteins) in the soybean meal were removed by centrifugation. Then the pH value of the leaching solution was adjusted to 4.5 with acid, and the protein was in an isoelectric state and agglutinated and precipitated. The protein precipitate was obtained by separation, and then the soybean protein was separated by washing, neutralization and drying.

The protein content can be purified to more than 90% by alkali extraction and acid precipitation, and the product has good quality and light color. The process is simple and easy to operate. It is a mature soybean protein isolate production process at home and abroad.
