Mateu very satisfied with washing and sorting installation

DT Dijkstra has installed a washing installation at Mateu on Mallorca! Since 2000 they have been using a DT Dijkstra sorting installation to their complete satisfaction and recently a washing installation was added. Mateu wanted to become more flexible and deliver better quality potatoes. That is why in November 2015 they ordered a modern washing line with a 6 meter long drum, completely made of stainless steel. They opted for a 6-meter drum to be able to properly wash the tough, sandy clay from the tubers . “The installation has lived up to expectations: everything works well, the controls and handling are simple and also the integration with the packaging line went well.
