Our versatile ULTRACAT Double Head Injector is designed to set the pace for controlled injection of bone-in or boneless meats. It also offers a tenderizer head for boneless meats. With 244, 378, or 488 needle injection head or a 244, 378, or 488 needle tenderizer head, you can configure the machine for any process with production rates up to 40,000 pounds/hour with 3% to 85% on a single pass with uniform distribution, best moisture retention, and superior piece to piece accuracy. The efficient, self-cleaning filtration system has a rotary drum to eliminate 95% of the solids with dual inline filters for each injection head to filter out additional solids before going to the needles.
