The KG standard model can be mounted to 18t-26t chassis. The NTM KG body can be adapted to fit different chassis types & wheelbases to give you optimum payload capacity. Standard features include-: Lever controlled bin lift and winch, push button controlled carriage & packer plates, lever operated packing controls and pressure & flow-compensated hydraulic system. NTM - Rear Loaders

KGLS is a low, agile and lightweight refuse collector in which you can also empty larger bins. It is the perfect choice where movement space is restricted but demands on reliability and durability are high. The conveyor and packer plate work cycles are started using a push button but packing can also be controlled using levers when required. The KGLS is designed for a chassis with a gross weight of 15-26 tonnes.

NTM - Heavyweight Rear Loaders

KGH is a powerful body mainly designed for 3-axle chassis with a gross weight of up to 26 tonnes. It is designed for big loads and high durability. Easy to manoeuvre despite its large size. Lever control of bin lift and winch gives a natural feel for the work. The carriage plate and packer plate can also be operated by levers. Pressure and flow-compensated hydraulic system. For high capacity demands choose the KGH heavyweight.

UNO has been developed specifically for under ground waste collection. NTM’s UNO offers, as an alternative to other products on the market, a solution with an under ground structure that combines simplicity with outstanding loading capacity. The pendulum and tipping system allow for a 2000 kg additional waste load compared to a similar vehicle with corresponding dimensions. UNO can also be carried out in order to be able to empty roll containers present in the route. All hydraulic cylinders are located outside of the refuse container in order to minimize maintenance cost and ensure increased reliability. The garbage container can als obe adjusted and adapted with the length of the chassis. The UNO is designed for 3-axis and 4-axis vehicles.

NTM - Front Loaders

The NTM front loader was designed for easy operation and a high degree of reliability. The result is a front loader that is unique in many ways. FL-P has a loading capacity of up to 36 cubic meters. Packing is clean and tidy thanks to the automatic pendulum function. This front loader needs no ejection plate as it is emptied by tipping. This keeps cleaning down to an absolute minimum, thus saving on maintenance costs. The patented cab shield makes it easy to get all the waste in the hopper without spillage. The lifting arms are easily controlled using a joystick. This is made possible by advanced PLC technology (programmable control system) that controls the hydraulics, ensuring smooth operation of the front loader.

Refrigeration and Freezing Body

Swap Bodies

Current environmental thinking has seen hauliers start to combine road transport with other forms of transport wherever possible. NTM’s swap bodies are a strong alternative. The chassis, which are fabricated to be compliant with the majority of standards, are fitted either with the appropriate body type or a different type of superstructure if so required.  Besides NTM’s strong, light solid steel legs, legs from other manufacturers can also be fitted. One new concept is a RORO swap body that can be handled using a hookloader.
