The Batch Rotary Debarker is proven and identical to the Continuous Rotary Oebarker, but features the newly added, patent pending, bottom discharge. This debarker takes bundles of logs that can be run in batches, with specific debarking timings for different seasons and wood types.

The whole log debarker is customized for capacity and bark levels for your mill the rotor diameter, the number of rotors, the rotor profile and rotor disc spacing are all considered when crafting your machine.

Uniform chips from waste wood or whole logs are produced in the Acrowood Slant Disc Chipper. These machines have been in operation for decades and are proven to save mills money by requiring little maintenance while producing high-quality fiber with minimal pins and fines.
