Optimum Gluco Fe is used for Iron deficiency. The gluconic acid ease the uptake and release of the nutrients to the plants. The most obvious symptom of Iron deficiency is leaf chlorosis. You will see the leaves of the plant turn yellow but the veins of the leaves stay green.
