The features of the FP range of flat bottom silos, the FRAME FC commercial hopper silos offer versatility, fast assembly and a low cost per tonne. The use of hoppers is proven to be the best solution for frequent product unloading cycles without leaving residual material in the silo, thus minimising the use of mechanical equipment.

AGI FRAME can meet all customers’ needs for commercial silo applications, with the wide range of FP silo models, from 3.64 up to 32.74 metres diameter. All silo major components are manufactured with highly automated continuous ‘de-coiling’ process techniques, ensuring fast & accurate production. The cylinder is constructed from galvanized corrugated steel sheets with profiled external galvanized vertical stiffeners. The standard sidewall sheets are manufactured from 0.8 mm through to 4.5 mm galvanized and the stiffeners of the bin from 0.8 mm through to 6.00 mm galvanized, (Standard 600 g/m2 steel with a tensile strength up to 470 N/mm2 & a yield stress up to 420 N/mm2.

Thought for a range of small producers, the AGI FRAME FARM silos are designed incorporating the same features as the Commercial range and provide them effective and economic grain storage solutions. Thanks to the development in the technology of production, we are now able to offer a kind of agricultural silo still maintaining an high degree of quality and respecting the EUROCODE standard. AGI FRAME farm silos are used for the storage of animal feed in livestock, poultry and pig farms. AGI FRAME range of FC Farm silos are available with many of the accessories, including aeration systems, as offered with the FP Farm silos.

Maintaining the quality of the stored crop is a vital consideration in the design of any storage facility, FRAME offers an extensive range of highly efficient backward curved centrifugal fan units, providing exceptional performance, together with a wide range of aeration systems designed specifically to suit the FRAME range of FP & FC storage silos. The standard FRAME fan selection is based on an air volume of 7m3/tonne stored.
