The cultivator PLANOMAT is the right implement for the economical and fast tillage, with low wear and little maintenance.

The seedbed cultivator EUROPLAN II is perfectly suited for seedbed preparation before sowing sugar beets, vegetables, maize and grain.

The high, straight spring tines of the separate elements are guided accurately at the required working depth by one solidification roller at the front and two cage rollers at the rear – irrespective of the particular soil condition. The individual spring tine elements adapt exactly to the contour of the field in driving direction, thus the field is always worked equally deep and is levelled perfectly. Due to the 5 rows of tines, a large number of tines with 6.5 cm tine spacing and the 3 rows of rollers, a perfect seedbed is created: on the top loose and fine, in the desired working depth well solidified and moist. The seeds find ideal conditions for an even and rapid germination.

The equipment is used to level the rough winter furrow in early spring. With a unique crossing, the field is just ground, refined and slightly sealed at the top. This allows the arable soil to store the winter moisture at a constant depth for many weeks. Before sowing, the soil is gently loosened and refined with a seedbed cultivator. Now the seed has ideal conditions for a rapid germination: on top a fine and loose insulation
layer for a rapid warming and in the sowing horizon a uniform moisture.

The stubble cultivator is a universal implement for fast tillage with little wear and low costs. It is used for the stubble breaking, tilling of green manure, for weed control, incorporating of slurry, as well as for the seedbed preparation. The large number of tines and the narrow tine spacing of 13cm ensure a uniform and intensive mixing of crop residues.

The trailed stubble cultivator achieves a uniform and fine mixing with 5 rows of tines and the narrow tine spacing of 13cm. Heap formations and blockages are prevented by the regular tine distribution and an extreme underbeam clearance of 59cm.

The universal cultivator stands for low-cost tillage with low wear and high impact. It is designed to till catch crops, for the mechanical weed control and to incorporate fertilizer. The 3 rows of tines and the narrow 15cm tine spacing provide a uniform and intensive mixing. Blockage-free work is achieved due to the uniform tine distribution and the underframe clearance of 59cm. A solid flat bar roller powerfully crushes and consolidates the soil. The result is a well-mixed, finely crushed soil with a well-consolidated surface.

Viticulture compact disc harrows are perfect for the clog-free mulching of green manure and for the weed control in viticulture and fruit cultivation. A uniform mixing of the soil promotes the formation of humus. Low-wear, serrated boron steel discs are individually mounted on powerful springs with high-quality maintenance-free bearing units. The tilting of the discs provide excellent ground penetration. Choose from a cage roller or a toothed ring packer roller to adjust the depth of the unit. When turning between the rows, the roller swings towards the device under its dead weight, making it even more compact.

The spring tine cultivator can be used on all soils for viticulture and fruit cultivation, including very dry and stony soils. Wide, flexible leaf spring tines ensure much better crushing and mixing of the soil due to the permanent vibration effect. The cultivator penetrates even the hardest soil thanks to the elastic, vibrating motion. The tines move back and up to avoid obstacles on extremely stony soils. Each tine has high lateral stability by exceptionally strong and wide leaf springs. The viticulture cultivator with 2 rows of tines and an adjustable roller also impresses with its compact design.

Regular use of a subsoiler loosens compacted soil and promotes root growth again. Breaking up the subsoil also improves the capillary action and water retention of the soil. The subsoiler breaks up and loosens the compressed soil to a depth of 45 cm without bringing infertile earth to the surface. The device is equipped with a large cage roller to level and reconsolidate the soil. On request, intermediate tines can be supplied for the surface work at the same time.
