Feed Delivery allows control and follow-up from the order creation to the succesful delivery. By linking the feed delivery order to a specific silo, the orders are confirmed when delivering (via the app or by reading NFC chips in silos). Following these actions can ensure the traceability and correct product delivery. Feed Delivery is also designed to work in environments without signal, saving all delivery and movements information in the app so it can be sent to the Cloud automatically when the connection is restored. In this way it is possible that both, management and transportation, can control the deliveries traceability, participating in the process also the carriers and the farmer.

Feed Planner allows users to predict feed orders for feed production facilities based on the characteristics and physiological needs of the farm animals. Users will also be able to control animal batches (animal age and weight), and the quantity of feed available in the silos and farm locations in order to organize and coordinate feed production orders. Notifications (SMS or Email) are generated by the solution when the level of feed in the silos is lower than the specified minimum thresholds, and when confirmation of the expected feed orders recommended by the solution is required.

Purchase Assistant interacts with your Brill ® Formulation program, easing the visualization of production scenarios and raw materials consumption. The solution automatically detects risk areas that require decision making during the purchase process of raw materials. Purchase Assistant also allows users to analyse the consequences of maintenance and updates in the production formulas, and its repercussion on margins and costs.
