Seeding Machines
AgriNomix - Seeder
The SF13 Row Seeder is an entry-level seeder for low volume seeding, up to 1700 rows per hour. The SF13 features fully pneumatic operation and does not require electricity. Advances trays with automatic step. Seeder uses venturi operation to pick up seeds from the seed tray. The SF13 works with most standard trays and seeds, naked and pelleted. Complete automatic dibbler operation included. Trays are hand loaded into the seeder and then automatically seeded. Capable of multiple seeds per cell with multiple passes. Seeder comes with nozzle kit, first seeder bar, and matching dibbler. Additional nozzles, seeder bars, and dibble configurations can be purchased.
Transplanting Systems
AgriNomix - Transplanter
The RW Transplanter’s state of the art electronics and wireless technology are combined to dramatically improve flexibility, provide intuitive user interface touch screen functionality, and increase planting throughput. This innovative design allows plug tray and finish container changeovers to be accomplished in only a few minutes.
Conveyor Systems
AgriNomix - Stand-Alone Conveyors
Stand-Alone conveyors are proven to significantly reduce material handling cost and increase productivity. They may be utilized to move product for an assembly process or can be positioned to move product in or out of greenhouses, move plants between different stages of production, or an option for loading and unloading trucks. AgriNomix has a broad conveyor offering to fit the various needs for the Greenhouse and Nursery.
Fork Handling Solutions
Maasdijk Trike - Forklift
The Prins Maasdijk Trike is equipped to travel over compacted growing beds and also rough nursery terrain. Wide spaced front wheels and closely spaced back wheels, ensures that they do not ride in the same track, nearly eliminating rutting. The Trike is equipped with a powerful Kubota diesel engine. A built-in ride stabilizer provides for smooth carrying of pots & trays. The “TRIKE” is changing the game for moving plants around horticulture operations.
Labeling & Packaging
AgriNomix - Label Applicator
Manually labeling your products can be a time-consuming task. The label applicator sticks pre-printed self-adhesive labels quickly and automatically. The applicator is mounted on a mobile frame, which can easily be positioned to work with an existing conveyor. The frame is height-adjustable, so you can decide where you want to paste the sticker. The machine can also be adjusted to the desired angle of inclination for labeling pots. Applicator is capable of applying more than one label per unit, so it can apply labels to multiple pots in a tray. Both the speed and the transit length can easily be set by the rotary knobs. Your labels are therefore always stuck straight and in the desired location.
Grading Systems
AgriNomix - Mobile Plug Fixer
The Flier Systems Mobile Plug Fixer utilizes vision grading technology to identify and replace nonviable plants within days of seeding. Sophisticated software remembers plant characteristics by genera and plant age, making change over quick and easy. Highest speeds can be achieved by designating all five “fixing arms” for plug replacement if plugs are pre-popped. Two “fixing arms” may be used instead for removing nonviable plugs, leaving the other three arms for plug replacement. Enhanced mobility and flexibility lower costs for plant movement logistics by allowing the machine to be used in growing areas.
