The Comfort Puzzle Mat 19/1 is a durable rubber flooring solution designed to improve cow comfort and safety in walkways, waiting areas, and milking parlors. Made from 100% recycled rubber, the mat uses a unique interlocking puzzle system for easy installation and a seamless finish. The pebble surface profile provides excellent traction, reducing the risk of slips and falls, while the shock-absorbing properties promote natural movement and reduce leg injuries. The Release Flexible Freestall is designed to give cows the freedom and confidence to lie down and stand up naturally, while still providing the guidance needed for a correct lying posture. Its patented flexible partitions minimize pressure points and eliminate injuries commonly caused by rigid steel cubicles. The design combines a curved stand post for strength and head space, an adjustable wither beam for stability, and upper and lower guides that move with the cow’s body.
