Instead of using a traditional chain, the feed is transported in the system by air pressure, which has several advantages such as hygiene, precision, and dry / wet feeding in the same solution. Key values in an AirSys system are individual allocation and assurance of homogeneous feeding without loss of quality.

With a BatchSys system, a world of possibilities of smart and intelligent feeding solutions opens up. Here we build further on the ChainSys system and among other things automatic valves, sensors, mixer station and load cells on the silos are integrated.

With increasing focus on welfare solutions and documentation requirements, an AirSys bedding and straw system is the safe choice for the future. Manual allocation of bedding to the animals is both a physical and time-consuming task, which means that it can be a challenge to ensure the animals permanent access to fresh rooting material. With an AirSys Welfare system, bedding is automatically allocated to the desired number of pens around the clock. It is highly beneficiary to spread rooting material often because it activates the animals and thereby decreases potential tail biting and fights. The pigs have access to fresh and interesting rooting material frequent and in smaller portions, adjusted automatically to the animals’ growth using a curve – without any extra work for the farmer.

With an AirSys+ system, we take the step further in terms of possibilities and functions. In relation to the AirSys system, we are adding a mixer and a feeding unit, both with load cells. It allows you to mix the feed exactly right, down to component level – grained raw materials, minerals, micro components, etc. Even components with a high humidity percentage of up to 40%, such as crimped maize can be handled.

We based our ConSys platform and controllers on the last 12 years of experience and added over 100 years of combined team experience.
Then we mixed in features of all the new technology and IoT and sprinkled it with all the "nice to have" add-ons. We proudly present the future in our accessible platform - ConSys.
