Mod. SIA fiberglass silos feature two shells, one conical internally smooth and one cylindrical in shape, which allow all stored products to flow out without sticking and to be easily removed. Their modular design facilitates their logistics and consequently reduces transportation costs. There are three models: the SIA AN version characterized by a structure with short legs attached to a support ring in the center of the silo; the SIA GL version, on the other hand, consists of long legs attached to the silo via solid steel plates; and finally, the new SIA TQS model with a completely smooth inner surface and structure with a support ring for the short legs. All mentioned models are arranged for cochlear or pneumatic filling and product extraction by means of dampers, augers or automatic systems.

Fiberglass silos of monolithic type consist of a single body with no joints, which ensures its total tightness. This type of silo is suitable for transportation to areas in the vicinity of our production site. Such silos, in fact, are directly assembled at our workshop and installed directly on the farm of reference.

Specifically designed for raising calves in the open air, the boxes in the AGRIBOX-SPHERIBOX range allow them to house from one to sixteen animals while ensuring maximum comfort and well-being. They feature high mechanical strength, excellent thermal insulation, as well as adequate air circulation; in addition, they can be equipped with galvanized iron fences and accessories such as water and milk buckets, hay racks, and feeders in order to make them true complete and self-sufficient rearing environments.

Box made of fiberglass-coated polyurethane panels are designed for the pig weaning phase and are an effective and economical alternative to traditional stalls, providing the animals with a healthy and comfortable environment. Thanks to the easy washability of surfaces and the division of animals into small, independent groups, there is a significant reduction in bacterial load and a decrease in the risk of disease spread at this critical stage of rearing.

Modular insulated fiberglass shed designed to house weaning piglets, but adaptable to other animals and uses. Unlike traditional barns, our AGRITUNNEL being modular, it can be easily installed and moved. It possesses high weather resistance and produces excellent thermal insulation thanks to its 60 mm. thick polyurethane insulation. It can also be customized with our wide range of accessories to ensure the best conditions during the weaning phase.

They are able to convey any type of dry material in granular or powder form, starting from the bottom of the silo or from loose piles and guaranteeing the flow rates requested by customers and a delicate treatment of the products. A wide range of augers are produced both in galvanized iron and stainless steel, of different lengths and diameters, designed to meet the most specific needs of breeders.

Mod. AG auger unloading wheeled tanks make it possible to transfer large quantities of feed and grain from a farm feed mill to storage silos in a short time. Product is loaded from the top through a side-sliding roof, and unloading is done with a 200 mm-diameter auger capable of reaching 8.5 m. in height and emptying a tank in about 20 minutes. Auger elevation and orientation can be manual or hydraulic, and a two-chamber version for transporting two different products can be made upon request. It is also possible to equip the tank with mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic braking systems.
