AgVision software

AgVision`s Scale Interface Software lets you quickly and efficiently read the scale, create and print, and transfer the information to your AgVision Commodity Manager either as a live feed or in batch. This interface is available in traditional, stand-alone and touch screen modes. Interfaces are available for a variety of scale models. The National Conference on Weights and Measures has issued a Certificate of Conformance for this interface.

Commodity Manager for Grain: Manages grain from the purchase to the sale. Creates, manages and prints contracts, scale tickets, bills of lading and warehouse receipts. Produces daily and monthly position records, and numerous inventory and storage reports. Produces grower statements. Handles multi-location live inventories, Tracks margins, basis and risk exposure. Creates settlement sheets and proof of yield reports. Calculates discounts, premiums, storage and transportation charges. Handles advanced, deferred and progress payments. Payments can be made by printed check and ACH direct deposit. Handles numerous grade factors, various storage rates, traceability requirements, and bin storage.

AgVision`s standard financial accounting package includes Inventory, which includes Feed Manufacturing and Custom Mixing; General Ledger; Accounts Receivable with Prepaids, Bookings and Work Order; Accounts Payable with Purchase Orders and Purchase Contracts; Disbursements and Bank Reconciliation. To complement your accounting software, you can add Point of Sale, Payroll, Patron Equity, Sales Commission, 1099 and Informational Forms, Bar Code Scanner Interface, Degree Day and Budget Billing, Gas Boy, Fertilizer Manager, Commodity Manager, and Customer History.

Create recommendations, formulas, mix sheets, batches, invoices, field history and maps. Invoice as you mix, or in batch for later billing. Apply prepaid and booking contracts in Accounts Receivable. Calculates fees for application, delivery, taxes and miscellaneous services. Print cost projection statements for customers. Invoices include field, application, delivery information and permit numbers. Split bills among customers with varying percentages for fertilizers, chemicals and applications.

Reverse or void a posted payroll check. Pay employees by check and ACH. Process deductions for employees, such as 401K, cafeteria plans, insurance and child support. No limit on payroll deductions. Run payroll for multiple states from one payroll file. Automatically assign multiple departments to salaried employees and expense their pay accordingly. Track and report hours and wages by department. Process overtime and double time hours. Track vacation, sick and other types of leave. Track detailed payroll history by employee, check, period, or any time frame.

Manufactured and Custom-Blend Feed. Create manufactured feed and custom-blend formulas directly in the AgVision Inventory program, and invoice customers for those products and services. Choose to draw from Booking and Prepaid contracts. Create batches as you invoice, apply grain bank, and/or use the company-owned grain that you sell to the customer. Create mix sheets and batches for later billing. Choose from a variety of mix sheet styles. Use multiple units of measure for the same ingredients. Track regulated ingredients by lot number to meet FDA bookkeeping and traceability requirements.

Calculates and projects home heating fuel usage per customer based on the daily temperature. Projects delivery needs by route and customer using a rolling average, highest single usage or lowest single usage format based on weather conditions. Determines how many fuel tanks a customer has used by quantity and dollars. Tracks customers on fuel assistance programs by both quantity and dollars. Prints delivery tickets and billing invoices. Reconcile budget billing balances before settling with customers.
