Towing cages are designed to transfer the fishes in safe from fishing are to cage stored area. Those cages can be produced starting from 50 meters in diameter to any dimension with one floating pipe. The Tuna fishes can be transferred hundreds of miles alive from the catch area to storage area. The cages have a strong configuration to resist to all adverse weather condition during towing period. We can construct cages at 6 different places at the sametime. We use first quality HDPE pipe from 200mm. to 500mm. in diameter and diameter of cages are from 10 m. to 70 meters.

We are producing Tuna Cage with our know how and many of them are in us for along time. We have already produced a cage of 66 meter in diameter ( the circumference is 207 meters ) with two pipe which is the biggest in Turkey. These cages are manifactured to resist the worst open sea conditions and have sufficient elacticity and durability for such weather.

The quality of the mooring arrangement is the best insurance of your cage and make you sleep peacefully. Regardless the quality of cages, if the mooring systems not proper or not in line with the local condition the fishes can be lont very easily. Our mission is to arrange mooring sysytem compitable with the area and sea condition besides the equipments/accasories are choosen manifactured carefully to meet all requirements.

It continue the production with twelve sewing machine and 12 workers and daily production is 800 kg. of net.Our shop is capable to handle nets between 2mm.-100mm. and rope thickness between no.4 up to 400. We are the first in market with 30 ton of stok capacity and 100 different typ of nets. Therefore we can meet all typ of demands in a very short time. We are able to produce 100 ton of net every year. We are importing our nets from REMER SRL which has ISO 9002 certificate. We are among the leaders in Turkey. We keep our stock such as meet all kind of demands with nets starting from 2mm. onward.  We can paint your nets. IF YOU WANT WE CAN APPLY ANTIFOULING PAINT YOUR NETS AFTER MANIFACTURED. Nets for fishing. WE CAN PROVIDE NETS WITH OR WITHOUT KNOTS IN ANY SIZE.

AWe suggest to our aqua products feeder clients the pneumatic feeding systems. These machines are portative and easily montable and demontable on the vessels. These are handled very easily and requıre minimum maintanence . Those can be installed on all kınd of vessels such as steel, wooden, HDPE and polyester. We have feed tanks made of 304-316 Cr-Ni, stainless steel material. We have tanks starting from 350 kg to 8000 kg. Our feeding machines are powered by diesel engine. We have hydrolic and mechanic dosage sysytems. We can acknowledge and the amount of consumed feed with counting system. We can attache two hose two nozzles to our dosage machines.

There are typs six or nine silos with a carring capacity 130-140 tons of feed. In construction of our barges we use NETHERLAND profile and steel plates of 3701 quality. The barges are certified by CLASS SOCIETIES. The barges have four safety tanks. Further the barges are equiped with control room, engine room, diver room. wc/DUSH, kitches, living room, drinking water tank, seawage tank and F.O tanks. The bottom and verticalare of the barges have five coat of paint, applied professionally. Interiors are painted three coat of paints. Engine room are equipped with engines approved by the client. In short time smaller barges as to 30-40 ton of capacity will be designed and builted.

The production tanks are manifactured in hygienic condition. The tanks have isolation against heat and have high quality. The tanks have transportation facilities by forklift and crane. While empty storage is easy. The tanks are strong enogh to stand against hit and bump. The capacity of tanksa re 630 lt. and their dimensions are competible to world tarnsportation standards.
