AUGER SEED TREATER PNSh-3 “FERMER” are used for pre-sowing treatment of grain seeds with aqueous solutions or with suspensions of fungicides. The peristaltic dosing pump makes it possible to work with multi-component working solutions and ensures excellent dosing accuracy and stability of the working solution. Seeds are loaded into the hopper mechanically or manually; treated seeds are discharged into bags. Seeds are treated with a fungicide in the auger. The machine is highly-maneuverable and easy to use.

The Auger seed treater PNSh 5 “Hospodar” P is a self-propelled unit with the electric electrically-driven mechanisms. Seeds are treated in a special treating auger. The picking-up auger ensures mechanized loading of seeds into the treating unit. The function of the self-propelling driving unit is controlled by a sensor that provides the automatic movement of the treater towards the grain heap. The machine is compact, easy to operate and ensures high maneuverability. They are manufactured in two versions: with a constant level dosing device or with a peristaltic dosing pump NP-02 for working liquid supply. The Chamber seed treater PK-20-02 “Super” P was developed taking account of the wishes of farmers with the purpose to equip the seed treater PK-20 “Super” with additional options and parameters. The seed treater design features a tank with increased capacity for working liquids, the significantly increased height of discharging of treated seeds, a modified drive, improved stability, a mounted mechanism for lifting the discharging auger and possibility to turn it by an angle of 180 °, and modern actuators of the control panel. The seed treater is equipped with a peristaltic dosing pump NP-02 for supplying the working liquid.

The Chamber seed treater PK-20 “Super” P is a modern electrically driven self-propelled machine, equipped with elements for controlling the flow of seeds and a peristaltic dosing pump NP-02 for supplying the working liquid. The maximum simple design of the seed treater with few augers minimizes damaging of during their treatment.

The seed treater is designed for treating grain seeds with aqueous solutions or suspensions of fungicides in shops intended for preparing seeds or at seed centers of enterprises of the agricultural complex.

The seed treater is designed to treat seeds of cereals and legumes with water solutions or suspensions of treating agents. It is a mobile three-wheeled unit consisting of a tank with a hydraulic mixer, a pump unit, a hopper, a seed meter, a mixing-and-unloading auger with a distributor of seeds, dosing pump for working liquids and a control panel. The seed treater is equipped with a slow-speed blade auger with rubber pads to treat seeds of cultures prone to damage. The main assembly units of the seed treater are made of stainless steel.
