Low-fat desiccated coconut is produced from the fresh meat of matured coconuts. It is dehydrated using a unique drying technology, processed through milk extraction to remove the fat and ground to the desired consistency. At Apex, our high-quality low-fat desiccated coconut is naturally sweet with a nutty flavor and crisp texture.

Extra virgin coconut oil is also used widely in the beauty industry. At Apex, it is produced with the Wet Process Centrifuge Extraction—the meat from the coconuts are washed, blanched, crushed, and mechanically pressed to extract coconut cream, resulting in fresh, pure oil.

Coconut flour is a high-fiber, coconut-flavored powder created from the meat of the coconut after the oil has been removed. Our Non-GMO Project Verified coconut flour has a lower glycemic index than most traditional flours and is great for baking. Finely ground coconut flour is a versatile way to add protein and fiber to food recipes.

Coconut milk is a plant-based, low-fat drink produced directly from the coconut through an advanced UHT system and a proprietary process of digital in-line blending. At Apex, our fresh skimmed coconut milk is carefully pressed and naturally processed in-house, producing a silky-smooth texture and exceptional flavor with a healthy amount of fat.
