Main Chassis section is two channels welded together to form a box section size is 220 x 160m .  Top chassis is 150 x 75 channel with additional chassis frame in centre of trailer top chassis to which the cylinders are fitted.

Designed as a front-loading trailer, the front headboard folds down over the drawbar, the weight is taken by two tension springs so raising and lowering the ramp requires little effort. The front loading ramp enables the trailer to be reversed into a corner out of the way. The ramp is made in non-slip alloy plates with alloy treads.

The model 3000 can hold 3 tonnes and has been expertly designed as a front-loading trailer. To empty the trailer, a single rear door is hinged sideways and folds back onto the side of the trailer, this prevents the door sticking into the muck heap when tipped. It comes in the standard colour of Mid Brunswick Green.

The model 3600 can hold 4 tonnes and has been expertly designed as a front-loading trailer. To empty the trailer, a single rear door is hinged sideways and folds back onto the side of the trailer, this prevents the door sticking into the muck heap when tipped. It comes in the standard colour of Mid Brunswick Green.

The model 4600 can hold 6 tonnes and has been expertly designed as a front-loading trailer.
