The procces of obtaining a whole and full bag by the vertical filling machine includes several steps - forming, filling and sealing. PE foil roll is installed and prepared for starting of the process. During unwinding of foil through the so-called metal collar, a bag is formed by pressing and sealing of a vertical longitudinal seal. The result is a vertical tube, which unwinds to a certain length and then filled with material. A horizontal seal cuts the bag. The full bag is ready for bringing out from the machine.

Dosing module is used for preparation of dry mixtures (flour with additives, dry baking mixes, fertilizer mixtures, etc.). Its work is based on controlled measurement and mixture of a dose(s) from flow-through material added to a basic one. The dose ranges from 1 ÷ 10 kg and is automatically weighed. The number of dosing components can reach up to 8. The module has a high accuracy measurements -0.3%. It has self - adjustment function which corrects the dose during a certain time interval. Machine control is solved by PLC controller, which allows entering and choosing one of a several recipes for mixing.
