The front and rear frame of the Athens 37 is constructed of angle and steel tubing, welded into a unitized assembly for strength and durability.  The rear frame can be pinned in the up position to increase the weight on the front gangs for the initial pass.

The Main Frame is constructed of ¼` thick steel tubing and ½` thick angle which is truss-braced and reinforced to resist twisting and bending. Compact design allows for easy lifting, straight pulling, and excellent maneuverability in small fields and around close obstacles.

The frame of the Athens 66 is constructed heavy and durable steel angle and tubing welded in a compact close-coupled design, which allows for straight pulling and excellent maneuverability in small fields.

The MAINFRAMES of the 76/77 combine structural steel tubing and strength angle. The Model 77 Main Frame is a two-piece bolt together frame where the Model 76 is a one-piece frame. Structural steel angle is used for the side-members allowing the frame to flex so it can follow the contour of the field, reducing stress on the frame.
