Atlas Concrete Ltd Moulds was first established in 1996. It was created out of the mould-making department of a well-known and long-established precast stone company supplying many of the country’s leading civil and construction engineers.

We purchase Cattle Slats through Moore Concrete who manufacture a comprehensive range of Concrete Cattle Slats as part of a suspended flooring system. Cattle Slats are available in a range of lengths up to 5000mm (16’5”) and axle loadings of up to 10 ton to form slatted tanks. All slats are CE Marked and Manufactured to EN 12737.

Our cubicles are made with the same high strength concrete that our panels are made from. We can produce with or without frames to suit your needs. They are available in three sizes which are detailed below, these sizes should enable any footprint to be filled completely. All our cubicles have a non-slip finish.

Atlas Concrete’s Prestressed Wall Concrete Panels are available in a wide range of heights and thicknesses depending on the application. This means they are suitable for a variety of different applications including forming walls in livestock and commercial buildings as well as for the retention of bulk materials, for example, storage of silage, grain, or aggregate.

We purchase feed troughs from Moore Concrete who manufacture a comprehensive range of durable precast concrete feed troughs suitable for use with dairy and beef cattle. Our concrete feed troughs are suitable for use with diet feeders ensuring food stuffs are kept clean and within livestock reach at all times. This in turn encourages cattle to eat the whole mix thus reducing waste.
