Aweta has it covered when it comes to cucumbers. It has designed and engineered a large range of machines for sorting and grading both regular size and mini cucumbers including the world renowned GS sorter, GS Hi speed and Milli GS. The GS sorter is equipped with sensors that sort by weight, length or curvature and a labeller can be mounted to print and apply labels in real time on each individual cucumber with all the information required by the customer. This fully integrated system is 35% less labour intensive than traditional systems when it comes to regular sized cucumbers and 50% less labour intensive for mini-cucumbers.

This special cup sorter consists of a weighing instrument which registers the weight of each fish at high speed allowing the matrix computer to control sorting ensuring that each product is delivered to the correct outlet. The discharge system is made up of a fish collecting place and a lid.
