This can be achieved by either sealing the greenhouse in a way that will reduce the loss of hot air to the outside or by active heating, inside the greenhouse. Heating systems are adjusted to the crops and the growing platform, and to the availability of energy. They can either heat the ambient air or the roots environment, and can rely on hot air or on hot water.
