Baljer - Electric Portal Crane for Round Wood Handling

Economical transferring with up to 50 m of reach. The portal crane completes our product range of electrically-driven carriages on rails. Like the round wood transferal carriage (RUW), the portal crane is also developed for fast handling of round wood.

Baljer - stationary cranes for wood processing

Economical transferral with low costs. A stationary crane can be mounted on a fixed base or more flexible “semi-mobile” crane base. These heavy-duty cranes are ideal for a wide range of applications: in wood processing, for example, at the loading station of a stationary sorting line on the log yard or for feeding a chipper to produce wood chips. Stationary cranes can be used anywhere heavy duties have to be transported.

Baljer - Rotor Debarkers

Rotor debarkers have a longer lifetime and improve the measuring accuracy of round wood, provide better optical evaluation of the sections, and enable pre-drying of the round wood. Rotor debarkers from Baljer & Zembrod are specially designed for mid-sized saw mills. The rotor opens to 90 cm, 100 cm and 110 cm. Our rotor debarkers are suitable for stronger round wood. It enables alterations of the knife pressure while working. The knife pressure can be altered while the rotor is running.

Baljer - Cutting Head Debarkers

A cutting head debarker enables longer holding times of the logs, improved measuring accuracy of the round wood, a better visual evaluation of the logs and allows pre-drying of the round wood. Our cutting head debarkes have two big advantages: costs are lower compared to a rotor debarker, and cutting head models can achieve an optimal debarking result even with heavily bent logs.
