Bastak products

The device is Bastak branded and its model is 10 000 - 10100 - 10200. The device, by means of powerful vacuum engine that it has, stores grains such as wheat, barley, paddy, rye and oat as well as heavy products such as corn, bean and chickpea pneumatically (by vacuum) in 2-6 seconds into the sample collection container which is at the laboratory.

It measures water absorption capacity of dough and transfers the data to graphic, besides it prepares the dough sample for the next test (resistograph test).

Gluten System or known as Glutomatic. Bastak brand and its model is 6100. It is used to determine the amount of wet gluten in wheat and flour samples by extracting wet gluten. The amount of wet gluten in samples can be determined concurrently.

BASTAK brand, 13500 model sample cleaner device. Through the convertible cylinder sieve inside the device; a sample is sifted and classified. Then the sample is collected to the balanced drawers.
