The 32” Ebersol Ice Conveyor is specifically designed to put cubed ice, powdered additives and fibres safely into wet mixing cement during hot summer construction pours. It comes with a standard 14” wide PVC belt, with 1” vulcanized T-cleats spaced 12” apart to move material quickly and efficiently with minimum tumble back.

The Ebersol Firewood conveyor utilizes a single chain design with a standard 662 pintle chain and a heavy, 2” steel serrated flite to grab wood as it comes off the wood processor in 14” to 18” lengths. The 16 gauge galvanized sides flair from 8” at the bottom to 18” at the top allowing for smooth efficient movement of the wood with very little jamming or catching on the sides. The bottom section is built from heavy 12 gauge steel to withstand the additional pounding from the wood falling off the processor or tractor bucket onto the conveyor.

The Ebersol Bale Elevator is designed for Agricultural and Commercial use to handle small square bales of hay, straw, grain, corn cobs and silage. The top drive pulls the load rather than pushing it. Standard equipment on the unit include a v-belt with #55 chain reduction, elevator pulley, motor mount, pre-lubricated self-aligning bearings, flared sides and hopper. Steel detachable chain 55 is used for long reliable life. The kiln dried wood slides allow for quiet conveying of material at approximately 90 feet per minute.

The Maple Leaf Tubular Bale Elevator is equipped to move small square bales of hay and straw for feeding or bedding efficiently and economically. The lightweight and easy maneuverability makes it the ideal candidate for industrial and agricultural applications. Optional extensions are available in 6’ and 10’ increments up to 50’ in length. Thanks to our unique full-length return chain slide, the direct bottom drive motor and reducer works smoothly, without return chain drag.
