With the tremendous success of Three wheel Reaper-Binder and growing demand of farmers for a self propelled luxury model, a new Four wheel Reaper Binder was born in 2013. This machine was equipped with an efficient hydraulic unit for lifting the cutter bar, Steering with dashboard for ease in accessibility of functions as well as manoeuvring of machine in the field, the raised platform of sulky for comfortable seating posture and clear visibility along with the canopy to provide shade and shelter from sun and weather conditions. The operation of the machine in the field is same because the prime mover and the reaper binder unit is similar to the Three wheel machine.

The 404 is the smallest and most dynamic of the BCS disc mover. Designed to be used on low powered tractor is identified by extreme lightness and quick adaptability to the means to which it is entrusted. The single frame is compact and has been designed with a third special point incorporated, the whole permitting the machine`s hydraulic lifting, supplied as standard, allows the operator to direct the cutting bar while staying comfortable seated on the tractor. A single effect distributor in needed to operate it. Bar excursion is 900 upward and 350 downwards. A spring linkage regulates the round pressure of the cutting bar. The four disc of the 404 are supported by eight small helical cutting blades. Two cones located on the first and last disc act as conveyor of the forage facilittation formation of the pathway.

Designed to be used on low powered tractors is identified by extreme lightness and quick adaptability to the means to which it is entrusted. The single frame is compact and has been designed with a third special point incorporated, the whole permitting the machine`s overhange to be limited to the minimum once lifited to the tractor, optimising weight distribution in the combination. The hydraulic lifiting enables the Bar excursion by 900 upward and 350 downwards. A spring linkage regulates the round pressure of the cutting bar. The five disc of the Rotex 5 are supported by ten small helical cutting blades. Two cones located on the first and last disc act as conveyor of the forage facilittation formation of the pathway.
