Disc mulcher (DM) is a multipurpose aggregate. DM can work on all soil types with maximum soil moisture 35%, maximum surface slope 10° and maximum soil penetration resistance 3,5 MPa.Dm is designed for traditional and minimal basic tillage and preparation of soil for sowing of grain crops, industrial crops and forage crops, reconditioning of turf-covered meadows and skimming.In one pass disc mulcher produces pulverization and incorporation of plant residues and weeds, creates loosened and balanced layer and incorporates introduced fertilizers.

he LDG-12B hydraulic disc skim plow is intended for removing the stubble of the grain crops to a depth of 4-10 cm and also for caring for fallow fields used as a single disc harrow,  for cutting layers and crushing the clods after tilling.In removing stubble the soil must be worked in two to three passes, each time at an angle to the previous pass.A zero approach angle has been designed into the machine; the skim plow can be used, with some minor modifications, as a hitch for spike-tooth harrows, packing rollers and seeding machines.The skim plow is a trailed machine to be coupled with tractors of the 3d traction category equipped with a remote-cylinder hydraulic system, which requires one mechanic to operate it.

The BDR-10х4   cutting disk harrow with a 4- row arrangement of the operating elements is intended for loosening the soil and preparing the seedbed, for weed killing and chopping stubble residue, for pre-sowing soil preparation without pre-tillage and cultivation after harvesting thick-stemmed crops.At one pass the harrow cuts the forecrop and weeds residue and works them into the soil creating a loose and even soil layer, and also incorporates the fertilizers.The БДМ harrow features individual axles for  each disk, which is distinctive of its design solution.  Each disk’s approach angle and coverage width can be adjusted individually.

The  BDT-7U A (BDT-7UK A) heavy disk harrow is designed for loosening soil and preparing  the seedbed;  for weed destruction and chopping stubble residue; for cutting virgin soil layers; for seedbed preparation without pre- tillage and for soil cultivation after harvesting  thick-stemmed crops, as well as for caring for meadows and pastures.The harrow is designed to work on all the soils with a moisture content below 35 %, surface slopes below 10°, and a soil penetration resistance of no more than 3.5 MPa.The BDT-7UK“A” model features a disk gang axle which is a 40 х 40 mm square shaft.In   BDT-7U“A” model the disk gang axle is a Ø 45 mm round shaft.
