Bin with double screw and mixer screw in the top of the bin. Design for the food industry. Combines the following functions: Storage, Transport, Mixing. The bin delivers to a food pump (not part of the delivery). Outer diameter of double screws: 275 mm. Diameter of mixing screw: 985 mm. Manufactured according to food standards. Supplied including a mounting frame and a wheel station for the pump part.

Cooker/blancher for Ø800x6000 mm pre-cooking of cabbage: Retention time 8 minutes. Manufactured in AISI-304, 1.4301. Outer diameter: 800 mm. Pitch 425 mm. Flights with cutted holes for easier cleaning. Lit and bottom are insulated with a stainless steel cap. The lit is filled with insulation that are closed with a 100% welding. All parts in contact with food are manufactured in 2B surface. The lid is supplied with contra weight for easier opening. Manufactured according to food standards. The damp is supplied to the screw via 150 steam tube all welded to the through. Drain system applied in the end to take out condensate. The screw is supplied with a lifting screw in the end to move the cabbage to the next step in the process.
