FIELDKING Disc Plough can handle the toughest ploughing jobs. For extremely hard ground and soil with large roots and other obstructions, one can obtain outstanding penetration performance. For soft sticky ground and sandy soil, depth can be controlled through the built-in depth control. The under frame and unit-to-unit clearances are adequate to cope with trashy conditions. Perfect alignment of the sub-beams carrying the Disc bottoms is maintained by virtue of the frame construction. An adjustable and spring-loaded furrow wheel takes care of the side draft and the implement moves smoothly. Disc tilt angle can be varied in three stages to perform on various types of soils.

Single Speed Gear Drive Rotary Tiller is more suitable for hard/sticky soils. Side gears are less prone to breakdowns in tough soil conditions.

Disc Ridger consists of heavy duty tubular box frame, hitch system and discs. It is used for making irrigation banks of up to 500 - 600 mm height and 600 - 800 mm width for effective control of flood irrigation or bunds of the size and shape to match crop and soil conditions. The Discs are adjustable along the frame to vary bund width and height. Even the disc angle is adjustable.

It has a Semi automatic dual speed gear box, which provides option of 2 different rotor rpm for different soil conditions and applications. We can easily change the rotor speed with the lever attached , without removing the back cover of the gear box. Multi row cultivator is used for proper cutting and aeration of soil, which makes the soil more fine for better plantation. This is designed for light and medium soils. The spring steel tyne is so designed that it does not need separate spring. The tynes are adjustable and the residue/weed almost never gets entangled with tyne while ploughing. Optionally, crumbler helps to control the depth and level of the soil as well as convert the soil into fine particles. The coil shape tynes get strength because of unique design in which the stress prone areas resist any distorting forces.

It can produce ridge with maximum width of 1000 mm. Available in 2 bottoms & 4 bottoms to make one ridge & two ridges respectively. It has heavy duty box type frame. High quality boron steel disc with 48-52 HRC hardness. Size and depth of the ridge can be adjusted.

Power Harrow is used to turn, break, refine and even distribution of soil over the entire working width to create a perfect seed bed. It breaks up even the most compacted ground, often in single pass for preparing an area for plantation. Power Harrow consists of multiple set of blades which counter-rotate about a vertical axis, which leaves the soil with a softer look and granulated yet leveled appearance, as required for sowing seeds or seedlings. Rotors run on ball bearings for high power application. Protection shield for upper rotor bearing eliminates possible damage to main transmission. Depth controller is provided for depth control and to level the soil bed. Self-adjustable side stone deflector is provided for safety by not allowing the stones to scatter.
