HX Special Series is the next generation of HX Turbo Extractors for Hot Extraction. The experience obtained in over 30years in the world`s major fruit and vegetable processing companies has allowed us, to increase the efficiency and ease of use, enabling us to build very high capacity units with extremely high yields for "Cold Break" and "Hot Break" process.

The VHX Special is a new refiner which allows to obtain the adjustment of viscosity and consistency. It allows to get creamy puree with high consistency, high viscosity and low texture, particularly useful in the soft drink nectars and baby food markets, or standard refined puree with texture and grain, or a mixing of them. VHX Special Refiner combines the action of the New Refining Rotor and waste recirculation with the action of the "Viscopulse" System. VHX Special, fed with hot/cold extracted puree, can increase the viscosity/consistency of the final refined product if compared with the traditional refiners.

The CX Special Turbo Extractors models are the result of decades of successful experience in the field of Cold Extraction, using the whole or destoned fruit directly, at room temperature (the first model DTF 150 was put on the market in 1991), expanding the company`s range of production. CX Special machines represents the latest version of the CX Turbo Extractors, widely recognized as the best machines for Cold Extraction of fruit purees in terms of efficiency, yield, ease of use, and maintenance. The CX units (Cold Extraction) have maintained the main features of this first model but they have been improved in several points.

VCX Special is the last generation of VCX Turbo Extractors for Cold Extraction of fruit and vegetables puree. These machines add extreme versatility to the CX Special models from which they evolved through the use of a variable speed Rotopulse for product softening prior to extraction process. The VCX Special makes it possible to soften hard products at high speed or gently process at low speed. This allows you to adjust the main rotor speed on the basis of product finish or waste characteristics.
