Bin - Ventilator
During active ventilation of grain huge amount of air is pumped through a layer of grain. When run in appropriate ambient conditions, this process results in cooling and drying of grain stored in a silo. Design and characteristics of the PPZ-7,5-WNT ventilator are adjusted to silos of a capacity from BIN10 to BIN100W. A portable ventilator equipped with wheels can be easily used in a number of silos. Processes of grain ventilation should be ran throughout the time of grain storage. It is necessary to maintain the lowest possible relative humidity of flowing air. This air can absorb a significant amount of water from grain. In case of high air relative humidity use of the NG-310 electric air heater is recommended.
Bin - Portable Air Supercharger for Grain Transportation
A ventilator connected to an injector, intake hopper and loading pipes makes possible pneumatic loading of grain into a silo. It is the cheapest and simplest way of loading silos of a capacity from BIN20 to BIN200. The above-mentioned silos could be equipped with vertical loading pipes and special grain inlet. Due to this equipment one air blower can be used to load many silos. It should be remembered that the efficiency of the air blower depends on many factors, especially on the height to which grain is transported. Thus a decrease in loading efficiency should be taken into account in case of high silos like BIN100W or BIN200.
Bin - Ventilator
Ventilator HLSG type is made of hot galvanized metal sheet, equipped with motor, power of motor 18,5 kW. It has very high air compression and therefore it is ideal for ventilation of grain storage in BIN silos. Especially we advice you to use it in silos type BIN 1500 and BIN2200. Remark !! There is a need to make special connection to BIN silos during assembly process.

Silo type BIN200, model NBIN200U. Please note that side silo inlet and loading pipe on side are optional equipment. Silos designed to mass storage of grain gives you oportunity to keep bulk in good conditions for a long time. All of silos you can connect in sets with full mechanization or even automatization. The capacity per unit starts from 200 tones and goes up to 2200 tones (for wheat) .The main use of this type of silos is on large farms, usually to be installed as sets of silos forming moden warehouses. BIN offers a wide range of devices that can be installed in a silo, to achieve complete mechanisation and to facilitate loading, unloading, ventilation, etc.

Bin - Draw Lift Beat Grinder
The draw-lift beat grinder is designated for grinding grain and legume seeds. Exchangeable sieves of different slot sizes offer a wide grinding range. The beat grinder is designed to work with the MS-1000 feed mixer, POJ-PASZ feed containers and BIN silos.
Bin - Bulk Livestock Feed Mixer
The MS-1000 Mixer is designed for preparation of bulk (dry) mixes for all farm animals. The mixer can work with the H965/1 suction-force beat grinder and with a set of POJ-PASZ feed containers. The mixer consists of a steel casing with a funnel at the 65 angle, mounted on a triangle base. A spiral conveyor, installed vertically inside the casing, transports the material from the bottom to the top several times thus mixing it thoroughly.
