LANDMECO - Poultry Equipment for the Biomass Industry
Poultry Heaters
Get high efficiency with LANDMECO's Calori-Air, which despite its small size provides a large output. LANDMECO's Calori-Air has 7 circuits, which makes it possible to have an element which is only 91 mm in thickness, without losing effect. The heating system is specially developed for poultry houses, or houses with a lot of dust in the air or high heat demand. This means, among other things, that the distance between the blades is big, and that the blades are particularly strong, so they can withstand washing. Also, the fan has a total of 10 blades, ensuring that the heating system is very quiet.
Pan Feeding
LANDMECO's unique pan feeding system is designed as simply and functionally as possible in order to ease the work of the poultry producer. The most unique features are the two patented functionalities: Kick-off: Centrally controlled overfilling of all pans at the same time, ensuring the best start for the day-old chicks. Easy-Clean: The system also provides the possibility of bringing all pans on a feed line into cleaning position by one single operation (central rotation of the pipe), which simultaneously closes all outlets.
Drinking Systems
LANDMECO have several different types of drinkers in the range. The models from Lubing are either of stainless steel or alternatively a combination of stainless steel and POM. In addition, LANDMECO also provides drinkers from Corti. Corti's nipples are with a special turned trigger-pin, providing significantly improved control of water flow and excludes any water leaking from the nipple.
Layers
The Harmony aviary system has been developed by LANDMECO on the basis of many years’ experience in manufacturing equipment for egg producers. The system is suitable for all types of egg production. As LANDMECO develops and manufactures Harmony itself, the system can be easily adapted for existing housing units with customized solutions that meet the wishes and requirements of individual producers.
Rearing
LANDMECO's rearing system without manure belt has been developed by LANDMECO in close cooperation with Danish producers on the basis of many years’ experience in manufacturing equipment for the poultry sector and in rearing chickens respectively. Considerable emphasis has been placed on functionality, chicken welfare and growth, user-friendliness, quality, and not least ease of cleaning. The system is extremely simple and can easily be adapted to suit existing buildings.
