The FogTunnel Produce Treatment System contains an aerosolized fogging system that produces a saturated environment of activated peroxygen to reduce microorganisms on food. It is capable of consistently producing a 2-5 log reduction depending on target concentration and contact time. It utilizes BioSafe Systems’ EPA Registered products to reduce pathogens, yeast, and molds without excess moisture. The Fog Tunnel is environmentally friendly and helps limit worker exposure.
