Breivik - Full Stainless Steel Head Cutting Machine for Large Fish
The Breivik 415SS is a full stainless steel head cutting machine for large fish. The machine is designed to be operated with fish of total length including the head, between 50 – 120 cm. Both smaller and larger fish may be processed successfully. Only bleeded fish must be used to obtain correct placement for the head cutting process. The fish is placed with the belly downwards and with the bled throat over the throat guide. Place the fish perpendicular to the throat guide into the body and tail carrier. The fish will then be driven towards the knife and the head will be cut and fall of to the right of the machine. The body will continue straight and over the top of the machine.
Breivik - Straight-Cut Heading Machine
Straight-Cut Heading Machine with hinged lid for easy access for cleaning and knife change. This machine is all stainless steel, protecting it from corrosion for decades. The Breivik 424SS is a machine for heading with straight or oblique cut of white fish, red fish and similar fish species. Special construction: belly cleaning device with offal tray, The fish is taken from the storage bin and placed on the supply table with its head showing to the right and its belly toward the heading knife. The head to be pulled over the heading rail until – when pushing the fish back – the pectoral fin moves under the heading rail and the fish is fixed in this position.
Breivik - Straight Cut Heading Machine
Breivik 007SS is a smaller version of the Breivik 424SS. Straight Cut Heading Machine with hinged lid for easy access for cleaning and knife change. This machine differs from the standard by being all stainless protecting it from corrosion for decades. The Breivik 007SS is a machine for heading with straight or oblique cut of white fish, red fish and similar fish species. Breivik - White Fish Filleting Machine
The Breivik 290 contains a modern control system, which allows very high precision and control over the cutting tools. This has given a significant increased yield output compared to a standard 190 machine.
Baader - Fillet Machines
This machine is used for heading and filleting ungutted cod, saithe, haddock from abt. 27-40 cm (=300-650g) as well as whiting and hake from abt. 30 – 45 cm (=300 – 800g) and Alaska Pollack from abt. 32-52cm (?320-1,200g) with extremely high efficiency. Electronic measuring and control systems make for exact cuts and high yield for all fish sizes. The machine can be adjusted to the different types of fish via simple switches. The BAADER 182 produces standard filets as well as pinboneless products. Automatic fillet transfer to a skinning machine BAADER 52.
