The Brute Stealth has everything you will ever need to control the atmosphere in cattle processing.  This chute has the new-style, patented headgate that will accommodate all sizes of cattle. Cow/Calf operations and all sizes of feedyards will benefit from the size and durability of this smooth and quiet operating chute. Your chute will come ready-to-run as pictured above with motor, neck restraint pipes and hydraulic livebottom or fully customized with the optional accessories you choose.

The Brute Stealth 477 has the same dimensions as our Brute Stealth 366 only the gauge of material is heavier.  This chute has everything you will ever needed to control the atmosphere in cattle processing to keep the cattle calm and the operators safe.  This chute has the new-style, patented headgate that will accommodate all sizes of cattle.  This extra heavy-duty chute is designed for the larger feedlots running many thousand head through it yearly. Your chute will come ready-to-run with motor, neck restraint pipes and hydraulic livebottom or fully customized with the optional accessories you choose.

This chute was designed with the cow calf and veterinarian in mind.  This chute offers more room in the chute to help with A-I work, embryo flushing, and general work on the animal while in the chute.  The Brute Stealth AI 500 is 8 inches taller than our standard chute and 6 inches wider.  Yet, it is still able to hydraulically adjust down to 8” at the floor and 15” at the 5ft height to accommodate smaller animals.  The side squeeze on this chute adjust out to 21” wide at the floor and 39” at the 5ft height to give more room for larger bulls and cows.

Used by Small & Medium Sized Feeders & Cow-Calf Operations customized to your needs. Comes standard with noice-free pumps and power units mounted to a “C-faced flange”. Lower door panels are available in either ½, ¼ or full panel, to allow access to lower parts of the animal. Bushings are replaceable and greasable at high wear points. Our 280 chute comes standard with hydraulic live bottoms to adjust for your calves all the way to your 1200-1800 pound cows. Other door options available include palp doors, half doors on livebottom side, and side exit door. Rubber blinders are an option for those that want an obstructed view for the cattle from the operators. These chutes can be mounted on portable trailers for use at different sites.

Extra Heavy Duty Chute used by the largest commercial cattle feeders in the world. Holds up under heavy daily use. The heaviest bushings and the 3x3x1/4 frame tubing make it the ultimate chute in the industry. Neck accessible side panels make giving injections easier. This model comes with a quiet vane pump and motor assembly; dual cylinder operation on the head and tail gates, utilizing a gear driven flow divider; multiple choice of headgate extensions, 1,2, or 3 pipe removable; ¼” tubing frame.

Brute Cattle Facilities are designed to increase the cattles` natural flows. The tub incorporates safety with a natural exit into the working alley. This happens while keeping the cattlemen at a safe distance outside the tub. By removing the close contact of being inside a closed pen, cattlemen are safe while still being able to move the cattle through the facility with ease. The tub can be paired with either a Double Wedge Alley or a Single Wedge Alley. Match a Brute Loadout to the tub for an all-in-one processing area. The Brute Single Wedge Alley has been on the market for decades and has been proven to be a great working facility for our feedyards and ranches.  The wedge alley gives you versatility to run 4 weights all the way up to your larger cows without having to adjust a single thing.  This means more time devoted to processing and less time adjusting. Brute Single Wedge alley is constructed to withstand the test of time.  Paired with our Brute Tub, you will have a complete system to move cattle calmly from pens through tub and alley to  your chute. Made with 3 inch structural channel and 12 gauge sheeting, this bolt together system is tough and noise free to insure a great cattle processing experience.
