Patented Built-Rite Scissor Clamp holds straight or crooked logs from 4” to 16” in diameter more securely than any other clamping system on the market. The 18 SCP can handle 16’ logs by 16” in diameter (optional 4’ feed trough extension handles up to 22’ logs). The 18 comes standard with a 20 “ hydraulic chainsaw with an Oregon bar and a .404 chain. Hydraulic 4 way wedge allows you to split two or four ways by being able to move your hydraulic wedge below the splitting beam. All hydraulic operation for hands on control of all functions including auto-cycle splitter function that produces a 6 Second Cycle Time. The 18 Compact Processors come standard with a hydraulic log lift. The legs can also be locked into place and used as a log deck.

The 18 SCP-D is powered by a 35 H.P. 4 Cylinder Kubota Diesel and a cool running long lasting tandem pump.

18″ Rough top belting with 1″ molded cleats stops blocks from sliding back. All full size conveyors are Hydraulic driven from the top. Our conveyors are well balanced and built with a wide stance so you can barely notice them when your towing them down the highway. Unlike the competition our motor bracket is up and out of the way so cleaning out wood chips isn’t a hassle. We use reliable 4 or 5.5 HP Honda engines which are economical using ONLY 1 GALLON OF GAS PER DAY. On full size conveyors two hydraulic levers control how steep you want your conveyor and also allow you to go forward, reverse, and stop to catch big chunks you don’t want in your woodpile
