The GSX Series Grain Shuttle is a portable drive over hopper designed to make unloading grain trailers into a bin quick and easy. Designed for farmers with multiple bin sites, the GSX Series Drive over hopper is quick and easy to transport. The Drive over hopper can be towed behind a tractor or a pickup and quickly lowered to the ground for operation. Spring assisted ramps make set-up and transport a one person operation. The low 7 3/8` deck of the GSX Drive over hopper height means standard, non Ag hopper trailers will have plenty of clearance. The 60` long ramps create a gentle slope that any truck can climb over.

The Burchland AGT, Auto Grading Trimmer, is a skid steer mounted trimmer, designed for site work and concrete contractors looking for a perfectly graded job site.  This skid steer trimmer was conceived by site work contractors and designed for heavy duty construction work.

This head trailer replaces cumbersome stands and is ideal for operators of Hagie combo units with more than one attachment. The big advantage of this trailer over stands is it has the ability to move the head after it is mounted on the trailer. Once the head is on the Detasseler Head Trailer it can easily be transported down the road or moved into a shed for storage. When storing on stands, the head cannot be moved without hooking the Hagie equipment unit back up to it.

Designed for soybean, corn and wheat seed treatment, Burchland Manufacturing`s Pro Box Seed Treat Stand helps dealers and farmers collectively treat their seeds at their own location. Our stand is made to perfectly support a Gustafson CS 1700 seed treater over a conveyor. The frame securely positions the seed treat stand over the treater. This combination allows dealers to treat the soybean, corn, or wheat seed as it goes out the door into the farmer`s seed tender.

Mulching is no longer a hassle when you use Burchland Manufacturing`s new SCX Straw Crimper. The advantage of using this machine is its disc can pivot left and right, up and down independently from each other. The result of the disc`s pivotal directions means having secure, even straw mulch installation even through rocks, roots, stumps and sidewalks. Compared to a conventional, single-shaft crimper, when it hits a rock, the machine lifts up and can disengage the soil. While the SCX Straw Crimper will float and pivot over objects when it comes across them, and the other discs remain firmly engaged with the soil. Since our disc pivots, it allows for smoother, tighter turns for faster installation.

The AGT allows contractors to cut the correct length for a clear finish and meet the minimum thickness of rock sub-base for a paving job. It will cut roughly one-tenth of a foot higher than the designed finished sub-grade. The trimmer cuts the sub-grade soil to the correct elevation with up to sub-centimeter accuracy. Once it`s at the designed elevation and finished smoothly, the gravel sub-based can be added and trimmed by Burchland`s AGT. By using this method, contractors know the amount of gravel and concrete they will need, so it saves time and material costs.
