CAEB - Mini Round Baler

Thanks to its specially designed drawbar, MOUNTAINPRESS 550 TPL is towed laterally by the tractor with the advantage, especially for small tractors with low centre of gravity, not to pass on the hay row. All of the baler controls are actuated from the driver’s seat. An acoustic signal warns the operator when the bale is fully formed. The wrapping cycle is operated through the electric control board and the forming chamber opens and closes via the hydraulic control located on the tractor. Power transmission via cardan shaft.

Tractor Drawn Mini Round Baler

This feature allows to couple MOUNTAINPRESS 550 TPLH also to small tractors without hydraulic control valves. All the baler controls are actuated from the driver’s seat. An acoustic signal warns the operator when the bale is fully formed. The bale wrapping, the opening and the closing of the pressing chamber occur via the baler control panel. MOUNTAINPRESS 550 TPC-S is a mini round baler carried by means of the tractor three point linkage, designed for working with small tractors with low centre of gravity. It is possible to adjust the pick-up height and to wrap the bales from the driver’s seat via a control panel. An acoustic signal warns the operator that the bale is fully formed. The forming chamber opens and closes via the hydraulic control located on the tractor. An optional towing kit allows, if needed, to tow MOUNTAINPRESS 550 TPC-S centrally behind the tractor. Power transmission via cardan shaft.

CAEB - Mini Wrapper

MOUNTAINSILOS 550 AV is a mini wrapping machine designed to wrap cylindrical forage bales. The mini wrapper MOUNTAINSILOS 550 AV is suitable for single-axle mowers and motocultivators of all makes and models. The bales are wrapped by means of the power unit PTO through a quick-coupling flange. The bale wrapping is fully automatic: the operator only needs to set the type of wrapping (the film can be wrapped around the bale 2/4/6 times) and then pull the start lever. The machine stops automatically once the bale is fully wrapped.

The MOUNTAINSILOS 550 ATP mini wrapping machine was designed to complete the range of the MOUNTAINPRESS mini round balers for small tractors. The special design of MOUNTAINSILOS 550 ATP allows to hook it up to all types of tractors by means of a three-point coupling. It is driven by the tractor PTO via cardan shaft transmission. The bale wrapping is fully automatic: the operator only needs to set the type of wrapping (the film can be wrapped around the bale 2/4/6 times) and then pull the start lever. The machine stops automatically once the bale is fully wrapped.

The MINICARGO is designed with a simple and rapid driving movement and a very low centre of gravity that ensures good stability. Round baler for cut vine branches designed for rows more than 1600 mm wide. Should any material get stuck among the pick-up rollers, it is possible to engage the hydraulic pick-up mechanism to “power out” the blockage.

CAEB - Special Round Baler

Special round baler for cut vine branches designed for champagne type vineyards with rows between 85 and 120 cm in width. The collecting forks, necessary when working on stony ground, prevent the transferring of rocks and stones inside the machine baling chamber. QUICKPOWER wraps the bales with a special extruded PP (polypropylene) net, specifically designed to keep compact any type of cut vine branches. lternatively the bales can be wrapped with SISAL natural twine. The wrapping net roll has the following size: width 60 cm - diameter 20 cm - length 1,000 mt.
