Rotary Filler and Capper for Pre-made Stand-Up Pouches This is a rotary filling and capping machine for pre-made (stand-up) pouches with spouts and caps. It can process 3 pre-made pouches at once and the capacity is up to 45 x 1 liter pouches per minute . This filler and capper is ideal to package liquid or semi-liquid food products like dairy alternative, sauce, beverage, edible oil and more. Non-food applications include synthetic oil, liquid soap, paint, shampoo, lotion, liquid detergent and more. Both corner spouted pouches and center spouted pouches are applicable to this machine. Our R&D is strong and we can customize pouch filler for pouches with not only double-layer but also single-layer sloted spouts. We also have a form-insert-seal monoblock case packer for stand-up pouches as the downstream packaging solution.

Fully-automated BiB Filling Machine | WEB Fed Bag-in-Box Filler This fully-automated bag in box filler is designed for filling spouted bags with a wide range of liquids like drinking water, fresh milk, edible oil, liquid egg, post-mix syrup and beverage. It features fully-automated by employing PLC and touch screen control system. The whole process of continuous bags feed, delivering to heads for decapping, vacuumization (optional), nitrogen injection (optional), filling, capping, cutting apart and transiting bags to the conveyor can be completed automatically, no human operation required. Specifications: Applicable bags: pre-cut continuous module or WEB type bags, spout-fitted, 2-25 litres. This China-made fully-automatic liner placer cuts and seals film as a bag from a roll stock, inserts it in a formed box, opens and cuffs the bag over the carton top, blows air to extend the bag to fit the internal wall of box better. The liner bag placing machine reduces labor and material costs, is simple to operate and easy to adjust. This is an ideal machine for bulk box packaging of bread rolls, edible oil and fat, fruit and vegetable, granules and nuts, meat and fish, caps and closures, golfs and other.
