The SPARTAN direct-cut header was created with a view to offering an ever-wider range of harvesting equipment to meet the myriad demands of contractors wanting to keep up with the times. Conceived to work in conjunction with all self-propelled forage harvester types, Spartan comes in three versions with different cutting widths.

The various power configurations accommodate the different drive requirements of combine harvesters compared to self-propelled forage harvesters, with oil-bath gearboxes included as standard equipment and sized to handle the most challenging demands of today’s contractors. Subjected to the most extreme working conditions, the “Quick up” modular adapter passed the test with flying colours, ensuring the Capello headers maintained their proverbial performance.
