Chabot SAS applications

Irrigation consists in bringing water to complement the rainfall received. In these applications, our pumps are used to bring the quantity of water adjusting to the needs of the crop in the period of water deficit. The water supply maintains a certain level of reserve, useful in the soil and avoids possible losses of plant production. The first CHABOT pumps, the V series, were developed to meet the needs of agricultural pumping in the Marais Poitevin.

In these areas dedicated to fish and shellfish farming, our pumps are mainly used in recirculation, transfer, mixing or water aeration systems. Our pumps are also used in public aquariums or water parks. Often underestimated, the saline environment gives rise to more or less severe operating constraints in a corrosive environment that require the use of adapted and specifically designed solutions. To meet certain specific constraints of our customers, we have been led to develop pumping solutions made of plastic material.

In agricultural applications, our pumps are mainly used to artificially evacuate stagnant water in marshes and bring it to crops. The first CHABOT pumps, the V series, were developed to meet the needs of agricultural pumping in the Marais Poitevin. Drawing on its experience and of a network of partners to carry out custom-made studies, the company develops pumps on demand and specific to the needs of its customers (characteristics, flow rate, height , dimensions, energy, etc.).
