The Cherokee Roller Bed Module Feeder unloads rectangular or round seed cotton modules from a module truck and conveys them to its disperser head. The standard machine width for rectangular or round modules is the 9-foot wide system.

Horizontal Cylinder Cleaners can be applied in several different arrangements and their use allows the seed cotton velocity to decrease as it is being mechanically cleaned and conveyed. The cleaning takes place in a hot-air environment to help promote additional drying.The horizontal cleaner can be used as an in-line cleaner (meaning the hot conveying air that brings the cotton to the cleaner also removes it from the cleaner), or the horizontal cleaner can serve as the point in the system where the hot conveying air leaves the system and the cotton is then mechanically conveyed to the next process.These machines are built with different numbers of cylinders in multiples of 3 (for example 6, 9, 12, 15, or longer).

The Conveyor Distributor receives seed cotton from the Seed Cotton Cleaning machinery and distributes it between each of the ginning lines.  This screw conveyor has a specialized housing designed to gently convey large volumes of seed cotton.  Cherokee offers different diameters and lengths to best suit each application.

Lint Feeders are at the bottom of the lint slide, and are used quickly toss cotton into the Lint Pusher. Another function is to actually hold back the batt at the right time so it does not interfere with the proper operation of the Lint Pusher.
