The new C series RootDirector range carries forward the function of the original RD640 Root Director, including tapered sides, root training ribs, and seamless sides, with the additional benefit of an integrated circular lawn edge at the top surface for a neat finish to your project. Root Director C series is available in two sizes to suit the most popular rootball dimensions.

The majority of our tree grilles are manufactured from cast iron.  We also offer a range of fabricated grilles that can be produced in mild or stainless steel.  If they are going to be subject to vehicle loading, heavy duty frames will be required for the cast iron grilles, and fabricated steel grilles will be manufactured from larger section material.

Well designed grilles enable a tree to receive natural water, prevent surrounding soil from being compacted and add architectural flair to the paved surface.  They will retain planting material but allow the free passage of pushchairs, wheelchairs and supermarket trolleys. Available in a wide range of sizes and specifications to cope with a variety of access requirements and loading weights, our grilles can be specified as part of a tree pit package, incorporating vertical guards, root management, irrigation and up-lighters.  Citygreen have developed a range of designs to compliment landscaping schemes of the highest quality.

Arborguy has many advantages over tree staking and is suitable for large root-balled trees. The Rootball is held in position by driving three anchors into the base of the tree pit and then fastening a rachet strap. If required, the system can be re-tensioned at a later date. Our patented design provides fast, easy installation without risk of damage to the root ball. Once installed, each one of the three Arborguy ground anchors can withstand up to 1340 kilos of upward force.

The Citygreen Treeguard tie is designed to keep the trunk of a newly planted tree central in relation to the top of the tree guard. It is not always possible to plant a tree centrally in relation to the tree guard whilst simultaneously keeping the trunk vertical. As a result, trees are often seen chafing at the top of guard in windy conditions. This can cause serious damage to the tree, together with looking unsightly as the tree is at an inappropriate angle.
