The SD100 and SD100 TR machines are fully automatic work centres with four different cutting programs which, via encoder readers, ensure high cutting precision and minimise waste. Working with these machines is very easy and even enjoyable. Three different motors allow you to improve distribution of the work load, guaranteeing operational synchronization and lower power consumption.

The SD90 and SD90 TR machines are both suitable for small and large production outputs. They are robust ensuring optimum work performance and low operating costs. Our band saws with vertical log splitter guarantee a thorough job, combining safety and performance. Ideally operated by two operators, the 70cm and 80cm flywheel models can also be supplied with a splitter that rotates to work on both sides. This enables a one-man operation.

These band saws are produced with belts and pulleys or with a fully hydraulic transmission. This hydraulic system, whilst maintaining the same power, allows a smoother work cycle, longer cutting blade life and low machine maintenance. In addition, you can work on each separate unit with considerable advantage in terms of safety and power consumption. The hydraulic machines are also much quieter which is important when machines are working for many hours a day. Band saws with fully hydraulic transmission have a heat exchanger which ensures the same efficiency as our other machines.
