COMAS supply and manufacture an extensive range of equipment for GLT plants. We have been producing Green Leaf Threshing lines since 1971, resulting in COMAS being able to deliver a complete range of machinery that will provide you with the optimum efficiency from your GLT.

The COMAS Vertical Slicer (SVBM) incorporates the very best solutions for handling the bales during slicing, whilst producing conformity of slice, allowing for an even consistent mass flow delivery to the  (DCC), via the use of a continuous weigh belt.

The COMAS Direct Conditioning cylinder (DCC) is the first choice option when selecting your conditioning cylinder, as our machine has been developed to provide the best loosening, opening and uniform conditioning of all types of lamina strips and leaf. Our DCC can be customised to suit your processing specification from single type lamina conditioning through to multi-grade conditioning, so that the very best processing results can be achieved for each individual grade of tobacco.

The COMAS Stem Conditioning Cylinder type DSC is second to none when choosing your stem conditioning process, as our cylinder has been developed to provide the very best conditioning of raw stem.

The COMAS range of Stem Flatteners type CLM are supplied in three different sizes to suit your processing capacity requirements.
Our flatteners are of extremely robust design and mainly consists of two hardened rotating rollers (each being 650mm diameter) installed one in front of the other, separated by a small adjustable gap that determines the thickness of the resulting flattened stems. The capacity of an individual machine is dependant on the size of the roller gap.

Casing application can be carried in a dedicated Casing cylinder type CC or if required at the discharge end of the Direct Conditioning cylinder (DCCC) type DCRB.
