CredoSense - Soil Moisture Sensor

The CS-SM2 Soil Moisture Sensor from CredoSense is designed to accurately measure the volumetric water content within soil profiles or assess irrigation needs at a cost-effective price point. Manufactured with industry-grade materials, these sensors are suitable for demanding industrial applications, such as agriculture, and meticulous research environments. They are meticulously calibrated and validated across various soil types globally to ensure precise performance. The CS-SM2 can be integrated with cable lengths up to 100 meters, connecting seamlessly to a CS-DL824 data logger, which supports concurrent connections of up to eight CS-SM2 units and records data with intervals as short as 2 seconds. Besides direct soil moisture monitoring, the sensor's outputs are compatible with irrigation controllers and relay systems, aiding efficient water management by providing critical insights into irrigation timing and quantities. For further technical specifications and guidance, the product manual and application notes can be consulted.

Gas Flux Measurement

CredoSense - Leaf Chamber

The CS-LC7000 Leaf Chamber by CredoSense is designed for precise measurement of photosynthetic activities. This portable device offers an enclosed environment to accurately measure temperature, relative humidity, and photosynthetically active radiation, vital for understanding plant behavior. An infrared sensor provides accurate leaf temperature readings, while the chamber's mixing fan ensures uniform gas concentration. The integrated cooling system stabilizes the temperature during data recording, preventing thermal interference. It assesses barometric pressure, temperature, and humidity accurately, while the photosynthetically active radiation sensor maintains a precision of ±50 μmol m⁻² s⁻¹. Constructed with a PTFE-coated inner surface to reduce gas absorption and a transparent acrylic top to facilitate sunlight entry, the chamber aids photosynthetic investigations. The device's 1.3-inch OLED display presents key metrics and operates with a clock accurate to ±1 minute per year. Compatible with any gas analyzer, the CS-LC7000 is a versatile option for research across plant, agricultural, and environmental sciences.
