Seed Cleaner Design Service

Over 34+ years we have built over 40 machines. As contractor operators, we are in a unique position. We bring to your farm equipment not only built to create the best sample, but also designed to operate smoothly and efficiently; e.g. setting up is simple; cleaning down is fast and simple with independent reversing switches on augers; filling big bags or trailers requires no extra seed handling as it drops directly from a “swinging hopper” or "twin chutes". With our large cleaners we can service our farmers needs. Where there is pressure to process quite large seed lots quickly, we can produce seed up to 15 tonnes per hour without in any way prejudicing quality. If you're not in a hurry, we'll work at your pace.

Bespoke Engineering Service

Over 34 years ago, CYO built its first mobile seed cleaner for its own use. Since then we have built numerous mobiles for ourselves and other seed cleaning companies in this country and abroad. We have designed and constructed: a Bio-Diesel Processing Plant, 4 Volumetric Concrete Mixers for our sister company Alphamix and 2 Bulk Storage Silos. We have also worked on numerous items for local businesses including: Equipment Repairs for our Farmer clients, Grain Transport and Storage Systems, plus work on Heavy Plant Machinery. Most of the work is focused within the farming industry but we are being offered more and more commissions from other industrial sectors.
